Welcome to StampDoc. We take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our mobile application.

StampDoc is a productivity app that lets you create professional digital stamps and handwritten signatures, and apply them to PDF documents and images — all processed entirely on your device.

By using StampDoc, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.

We distinguish between two types of data: data that stays exclusively on your device, and data collected by third-party services we use.

🔑 3. Device Permissions We Request

StampDoc requests only the permissions it genuinely needs to function:

• App functionality: To let you create, save, and apply stamps and signatures to your documents.
• App improvement: Firebase Analytics data helps us understand which features are used most, identify bugs, and prioritize improvements.
• Remote configuration: Firebase Remote Config allows us to adjust app behavior (such as how often ads are shown) without releasing a new version.
• Advertising: Google AdMob serves ads to users who have not purchased a premium subscription. Premium users are ad-free.
• Subscriptions: RevenueCat manages your purchase status securely. We never see or store your payment card details.
• App quality: Crash and error data helps us fix bugs quickly.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

🔒 5. Your Documents Are Private

This is the most important thing to know about StampDoc:

When you choose to share an exported document (via your device’s share sheet), you control where it goes — to another app, email, cloud service, etc. StampDoc does not initiate any file sharing on its own.

StampDoc integrates the following third-party SDKs. Each has its own privacy policy which governs the data they collect:

📢 7. Advertising & Opt-Out

StampDoc shows ads to users who have not purchased a premium subscription. Ads are served by Google AdMob.

How to opt out of personalized ads:

• Android: Go to Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID or toggle «Opt out of Ads Personalization.»
• iOS: Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising → Personalized Ads and turn it off.

The best way to go completely ad-free is to purchase a StampDoc Premium subscription from within the app.

🗃️ 8. Data Retention & Deletion

Local data: Your signatures, stamps, and documents remain on your device until you delete them from within the app or uninstall StampDoc. Uninstalling the app removes all local databases and preferences.

Analytics data: Firebase Analytics retains event data for up to 14 months by default, after which it is automatically deleted.

Purchase data: RevenueCat retains purchase and subscription records as required to validate and manage your subscription.

Request deletion: If you would like us to request deletion of any analytics or purchase data associated with your account, please contact us at the email below. We will process your request within 30 days.

👶 9. Children’s Privacy

StampDoc is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately. We will take steps to remove that information.

🛡️ 10. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information within StampDoc:

• All your files are stored within the app’s sandboxed storage on your device, inaccessible to other apps.
• We rely on Google Firebase and RevenueCat’s security infrastructure for analytics and purchase data, both of which use industry-standard encryption.
• No sensitive document content is ever transmitted over the internet by StampDoc.

No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

⚖️ 11. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your data (analytics and purchase records).
• Opt-out of advertising: Disable personalized ads through your device settings (see Section 7).
• GDPR (EU/EEA users): You have the right to access, rectify, and erase your data, and to object to processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
• CCPA (California users): You have the right to know what personal information is collected and to opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app, legal requirements, or our practices. When we make significant changes, we will update the «Last updated» date at the top of this page.
