We do not share or sell your data to any third party. Data generated in the app (such as payroll reports) remains on your device unless you explicitly choose to export or share it (e.g., via Excel/CSV or messaging apps).
3. In-App Purchases
The app offers optional in-app purchases (e.g., unlocking premium features). All transactions are handled securely through Google Play Store (for Android users) and the Apple App Store (for iOS users). We do not store or access any payment information.
4. Advertising (AdMob)
The app uses AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect limited, non-personal data (such as device type or anonymized identifiers) to deliver personalized or contextual ads.
We comply with applicable laws such as GDPR and CCPA regarding user consent for personalized advertising. On first launch, users may be prompted to provide consent. You can update your preferences at any time from the app settings.

Since all data is stored locally, you have full control. You can delete or clear your payroll data from within the app or by uninstalling the app from your device.
